Milk supply slowly dried up, feeling guilty

I made it 5 months EBF/pumping and 9 months pumping and supplementing with formula. My daughter was born and latched immediately, she was SUCH a good BF until I had to introduce bottles. I did not know about paced feeding and slowly she refused to breastfeed 😢 I turned to pumping for months and as she started solids I pumped less and less and here we are exclusively formula. I feel grateful I made it this far but upset I didn’t reach the goal of 12 months. I feel like it’s my fault for not knowing about nipple speeds and paced feedings, we were just trying to survive those months 😞
