No. I administer meds in a medical facility. You can only give a med as early as one hour before scheduled time or one hour after. So if something is scheduled at 8am you have between 7am & 9am to administer it.

As a medical coordinator I was taught an hour and a half before or a hour and a half after the "set time" is the safe zone to take medications.
