hii I was wondering if anyone else took anxiety meds or even Zoloft while pregnant.. I’m 23 weeks & my anxiety has started getting worse.. to where I have anxiety attacks back to back for sometimes hours straight.. I’m pretty sure getting Covid triggered it.. I don’t go in to a behavioralist until June 20 which is 17 days ago .. & my OB was talking about putting me on meds but I would have to talk to a behavioralist first.. also what did/ does everyone do to help their anxiety. I try to control my breathing but sometimes it doesn’t help…
