Did you see a heartbeat at 6+0?

We only saw a sac with someone that showed the potential for fetal heart movement. My OB is saying that she is “cautiously optimistic”. But I’m already feeling devastated as this would be my 5th miscarriage. What has been your experience?

6 weeks is really early. Generally obs want you to come for your first visit between 8-10 weeks. So I’d be optimistic!

I saw one at 6 weeks 6 days and with my 2nd I was 7 weeks 1 day because I had to wait 4 weeks to be seen, but most won't see you until 8 weeks. Here they'll see you as early as 6 weeks

With my first we saw hers at 6weeks 3 days and I think it just started . With this one we had to wait till 7 weeks 5 days . I wasn’t as far along so we only saw a yok sac at my first appointment . Ended up being 5 weeks 5 days and my dr did not seem concerned at all. It’s still early!

i wasn’t able to see much at first ultrasound(6 weeks) i saw a literal mini gummy bear baby the tiniest little thing and the sac. i was so stressed bc i had a previous miscarriage just before getting pregnant again. i had another ultrasound at 10 weeks and saw a HUGE baby, saw and even heard the heart beat, saw the sac the whole 9! don’t stress mama your doctor sounds hopeful!
