I’ve been having a migraine/headache for the past day and a half, very nauseous, back pain and abdominal pain. Slight contractions as well. I lost my plug last week and been having watery discharge.

I already have high blood pressure and heart rate and am taking pills for it (it’s not fully controlled though)

I am 37 weeks and I am just curious as to whether I should go to the birthing center. My office doesn’t have an after hours number to call.
