Peekaboo gender test…accurate?

Hey y’all, so I’ve been seeing some stuff on fb about the peekaboo gender test not being accurate. My OB also said not to trust the results. I had my blood drawn at a clinic (by a male), results came back boy, Ramzi theory “experts” are predicting girl…and we’re really hoping for a girl. Has anyone had any experience with this test? Do you think it’s reliable? They claiM >99.5% accuracy, but people on fb are saying otherwise .

When done properly, especially through a blood lab, yes the results are likely accurate depending on when the test was taken. 
Any later than 8 weeks and the likelihood of accuracy is quite high. It's meticulous work but not difficult to tell by blood DNA which gender you're carrying. 
Only thing going in your favour at the moment is that the results came back male and if there's been ANY male cross contamination then you could've received corrupt results.
Sorry to say but you're very likely having a boy.
