Cramping and pain after morning after pill?

So I went on vacation for a bit and the night I returned I stupidly went out drinking with my boyfriend. Y’all probably know where this is going…. We woke up the next day sure he pulled out (but he literally never does this plus we were drunk) so I took a My Way emergency contraceptive later in the day. Prior to the pill I was experiencing some lower abdominal pain/ cramping but coupled with a light hangover this was understandable. Thankfully I really don’t get hangovers so when I do it’s a pretty mild and short lived experience (always feel 100% better after eating a meal or two and working out). I this was different no headache, soreness, fatigue just an unsettled tummy and back/pelvic pain. Normal for drinking I know but I’m still experiencing some real ass cramping today. I’m probably just being neurotic but since I was supposed to ovulate this week I’m kind of freaking out. The box doesn’t list cramping as a side effect, has this happened to y’all? Sorry this is so long just nervous.
