Cramps after a miscarriage feel truamatic!

I had a miscarriage last month after trying for 5 years to get pregnant! I had cramps throughout the pregnancy and extremely painful cramps during the miscarriage. Fast forward to this month, I’m 9 dpo and woke up with cramps this morning. The cramps made me feel so sad and anxious all over again. Nobody tells you how painful it is to feel your body reject something you want so much. I feel like I’ll never have period cramps again without this emotional baggage. 😥😥😥
