I’ve only had one dose of my aimovig so far but I’ve noticed I’m really constipated lol

What can I do to help this?

I’m usually very regular to put it lightly but lately it takes me like 2 days to 💩 and it’s little rabbit pellets lmao

Has anyone else on aimovig dealt with this? I don’t have a checkup with my doctor until august. I tried calling to get it sooner but they’re all booked up
