Vaginal tears/cracks

I’ve been a little itchy lately yesterday I checked with a mirror & noticed some long tears/crack sort of (hard to explain) it sort of looks like when you have a crack on your tongue 🤔 I’ll add a picture of what I mean . Today I checked again and it seems better .. What could this be due too? I have an appointment with my obgyn on Thursday just want some opinions
