So I called the dr for my test results she said 781 
I should be around 3-4 weeks pregnant but I don’t understand 781 number someone explain please

Does your doctor have plans to have you do a second test? If not, then they probably wanted to get your HCG level to confirm pregnancy. Your level definitely indicates pregnancy. However, the range can very widely, so that one number doesn’t mean much. If they send you for a second one, they are checking to see the viability of the pregnancy. In 48 hours your level of HCG should be around twice the amount of your first blood test.

Answer

The number doesn’t really mean anything. It’s not good or bad it’s just in the general range of someone 4 weeks pregnant.
