Milk production low..lactation cookies or mother milk tea??

I've tried everything! Baby is 6 weeks and won't latch so I've been exclusive pumping. Want to know if these products work? This will be my last option...

I had the same issue. Continue to pump at least 5-10 minutes after you milk stops coming out. Tells your body you need more. This worked for me. Takes time though and dedication. I never had more then she needed, always a struggle to get enough but made it 9 months without supplementing!  Good luck!

I was told non-alcoholic beer, oats, lactation cookies, mothers milk tea but nothing worked for me. I had trouble getting a let down with the pump. However, those items have worked for several ladies on here.

I took these when I started working and they kept my milk up. I was worried that after 3 months of EBF, my supply would drop. So I took these the day I started going back to work. Never had a decrease in supply, also my dr looked at the ingredients and said that cause it had so much vitamin d, my daughter didn't need to take the supplements either so that was nice.
On top of these I made lactation cookies every once in a while, just to snack on. I was working 50-60 hour weeks and was able to continue getting enough milk for my daughter to never need any formula.

They say...drink a beer. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but the properties in beer help with production, flow, and ease of let down. If you're at your end, try anything that sounds somewhat normal! 😉☺️
