Early positive!

The test on top was fresh (not even 2 minutes old). I tested on Friday night, 12/18 and ended up with very dark lines on both tests. My period was 12/1-12/6. Confirmed pregnancy at the hospital with both a blood test (hcg 74) and urine test. TV ultrasound done and no sac yet, but a corpus leutum cyst is present. Had implantation spotting this morning so fingers crossed this little bean is gonna stick! Has anyone else had such a strong early positive?? At this point I'm at 2w6d.
