No urine sample!

I can't believe what just happened....I'm at my 12 week appointment and I was asked to give a urine sample. I went to the restroom and had the collection cup ready and what did I do?!?!? Yep that's right I peed in the toilet instead of the cup. Please tell me I'm not the only one that has done this?
