Loose poops and teething

Anyone else? He has absolutely no other symptoms besides the loose poops. I havn’t introduced any new foods during this time either. It’s been about 5 days, and he’s had between 2 and 4 poops per day, mostly just loose poops but a few have been more runny. No fever. His tooth emerged today. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and how long it went for. He doesn’t seem dehydrated, he’s active. He’s just pooping a lot. I would ask the doctor, but again, he seems absolutely fine.
