Pregnant?

What is the likelihood that I am pregnant when I have nexplanon and use condoms? My period is two months late and I’m starting to get worried. Last month I had all the period symptoms but no blood. I unfortunately can’t go buy a pregnancy test.

Basically zero! Nexplanon is 99.9% effective on it’s own & condoms are 98% effective on their own when used properly. It’s extremely common for “periods” to skip around on Nexplanon, as progestin only methods are most known for causing irregular bleeding patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time. And, it’s also entirely possible & normal to experience other side effects/period-like symptoms at anytime without bleeding.

Pretty high chance you're not. However, I'm the 1% is contraceptive. I had two IUD pregnancies and a Nexplanon pregnancy. Nexplanon is known to mess with your cycle so that could be a possibility. If you can't buy a test is it possible someone else can or go to a clinic? You're not in the clear until your period comes or you take a test ...... or wait it out.
