“Lightening crotch” & not pregnant

All of a sudden starting this evening here & there I’ve had a shooting pain up in my vagina. Kind of feels like the left side of the actual inside, & not all of the inside; if that makes sense?

I am not on my period, I’m in my fertile window as of yesterday - according to eve of course -

What could this be from?

I’m constipated as well and have been straining to poop little balls basically. 🫠 because fml…

I don’t know if that would have anything to do with it?
