Popped a stitch?

I’m 5 weeks 5 days postpartum. I had a 2nd degree perennial tear and have not bled or had any other issues for the past week and a half but now all of a sudden my perineum is bleeding. I looked and it looks like the skin has come apart. Is this normal, concerning, did I pop a stitch? Has this happened to anyone before? I have a follow up appointment in 4 days but I’m not sure if I should just call in the morning to be seen sooner. I haven’t had sex, or done any heavy lifting or strenuous activity.
