Where should i go to help me???

I posted the other day saying i think my kidneys are affected by my UTI. Well after i posted i felt intense pain in my kidney area and back. It hurt so bad i felt nauseous and got chills and felt i might pass out. I couldnt move from my position. I drank water and took 2 Tylenol and an hour later i felt wayy better but still sore. Well i woke up this morning in extreme pain again. I know with kidney infections, if i have that, is very serious. It does hurt to pee, no blood tho, but i have to pee all the time and i can feel the pain in my urethra just laying down. The thing is i don’t have money to pay an urgent care and my insurance isnt renewed. So i havent gone to see any doctor and im not sure what to do with no money. I live in Southern California
