Almost 37 weeks but not dilated! Anyone else??

I'm feeling discouraged because I'm not dilated or effaced at all. I'm really hoping she comes soon but it's not looking like that's gong to happen... It seems like there are a lot of moms on here that are already 2-3 cm dilated already. My dr said that it's more common to dilate early if it's not your first baby. Any other ftms in my shoes??

I'm 36wk and my cervix is completely closed. No thinning, no mucous plug loss, no contractions- nada. 😔

I'm a ftm, 36+3 don't know if I'm dilated or not. & I won't be knowing because my next appointment isn't until Jan. 6th and I'm due Jan. 16th.

I'm a FTM and I'm 35 weeks today. Today I had my apt and I am 50% effaced and 1cm dilated and he's at -1 station. Dr said he's very low. I've been rolling on an exercise ball every night for he last week to help with back pain so I'm sure it helped me thin out. Try nipple stimulation and walking.
