If I open a child support case and the alleged father is not the biological father what will happen? (Obviously he won't get put on child support) but will I get in trouble? Side note.. I had sex with this guy and I want to put him on child support but idk if he's the dad because a week before us having sex I was drinking with a different guy and I don't remember what happened. I asked him what happened and he said nothing but he started sending pics of his dick so idk if he's lying.
