Is wearing spanx ok at 11-12 weeks for an event? And is using self tanner safe?

I have a wedding coming up and i want to wear spanx under my dress to keep it all in. Im not showing yet just want to smooth things out
Im also white as a sheet so id love to use some self tanner!

Id be more concerned about the tanner ingredients, look up 15 minute beauty website

You might be uncomfortable in the spanx but they won’t hurt baby. The self tanner is questionable but if you got the right one I’m sure it would be fine!

I wore Spanx at around 11-12 weeks at NYE and it was all good. 
I then wore it again at 20-something weeks at an event and I started cramping and it even made me have diarrhoea in public (luckily I made it to the toilet) 🥴 that’s when I started embracing my lumpy girl-bump. 
So my take is that as long as you feel comfortable and don’t wear it excessively or often it should be fine, especially if there’s no bump yet.
