Could be a sign of preeclampsia. Call your OB & check your BP!

If the swelling is only in one extremity, it’s more concerning for a blood clot. Generalized swelling (everywhere) is more common at the end of pregnancy and typically less of an issue (unless you’re at risk for preeclampsia). I don’t know if I’d rush to the ER, but I’d put a call out to the OB’s service.

My OB was only concerned with swelling if it was extreme or one sided. I’d call, they’ll probably want to get it scanned for a blood clot.
