Vaginal wall pinched by stitches?

I’m seeing a PT for pelvic floor issues and she noticed a good amount of scar tissue by my stitches. I had second degree tears and required internal and external stitches. I have to massage the scar tissue, but noticed today that one of the stitches seems to pinch the side of my vagina, creating a little pouch? It’s not a true hole.

Has anyone else had this or did your internal stitches lay flat? Does it get better? I don’t want liquids (like blood), etc., to get stuck in there…
