Can I paint my nails & dye my hair while pregnant?

I know this may sound stupid lol but I have heard that I’m not supposed to go to a nail salon while pregnant due to the fumes. My toes are in DESPERATE need of some attention as well as my roots 😭 I’m gonna do an at home pedicure but wanted to make sure it’s safe to paint my nails. I’m not too worried about hair right this moment. Also to add- I’m 8 weeks 2 days.

I just got a pedicure at 17w, I got them (and dyed my hair all throughout my last pregnancy as well). If it’s a professional place with a commercial ventilation system you’ll definitely be fine.

Yes the only thing with dying is that you need to be in well ventilated area. & your hormones could cause the hair dye to not come out right if it’s a non natural color like red, purple etc.
