How long did it take for your engorgement to go away?

I’m a week postpartum and my boobs are feeling so much better already I woke up this morning and didn’t feel so engorged. Still have a few firm spots but very manageable. Does this mean things are leveling out ?

I’m a week postpartum, too, and just today is the first day I don’t feel as engorged. Hallelujah. I would say it’s normal, I don’t remember after my last 2, but I think it’s normal as long as you’re feeding on demand

Maybe about 4-5 days postpartum when I was finally able to actually empty my breasts. My OB told me to take Motrin 3 times a day and that helped a lot plus a hot hot shower
