No time for playtime!!

My LO is 3 weeks, we are trying to have some awake time to have some activities done (like tummy time) but!!!! The issue we are running into is when she wakes up she is immediately hungry and starts crying her eyes out, we try to calm her and do an activity first but she refuses and then after we feed her she falls asleep immediately after. (NOTE: we change her diaper before feeding because if we wait until after the feed she will wake up and stay up for 1.5 - 2 hours).

Reading blogs and everything online says baby should be having activity time for development, I feel like I’m missing something or doing something wrong 😭

We are just trying to see if anyone else has this issue and if anyone has suggestions?
