I fell need advice

I'm 9 months pregnant and fell on my side, I was carrying in groceries and tripped on my daughter's bike. I landed on my side. my head and arm took the brunt of the fall. I hit my head on the bird bath, I've felt my son move and everything but since falling I'm having like a intense lighting crotch situation going on and some light back pain. Honestly the fall didn't hurt my baby and I should be fine right?
