Cancerous mole(pic)?

I used to have a mole very similar to this on my leg but can’t find it anymore and now i found this one… it’s darker than any other mole i have and i don’t have many. 
When i go to the dr, do i ask them to get it tested? Can they deny getting it tested?

This is a completely normal mole. I have about 300 on my body lol

It's just a normal mole... look up images of cancerous moles if it'll ease your mind. This just looks like a freckle.

You can (and should!) always bring up any concern you have with your body, even moles, to your doctor. They’ll take a look at it and see will tell you “Yes, that looks suspicious” and either do a biopsy themselves or send you somewhere to have one done. However, they can also say “This doesn’t look suspicious.”. It doesn’t mean they’re denying you a test - they’re just letting you know they don’t believe it is necessary.

If you ask for it to be biopsied as it's concerning to you, they will biopsy it. You have a choice in your medical care. Usually for skin things, doctors trust the patient's gut and knowledge about their skin/moles.
