HFMD?

I brought my daughter to her primary and he said she has a viral infection.. But I feel like its hand foot mouth? Its all over her mouth and inside her mouth (worse today then the pictures from yesterday? some on her thighs none on her hands or feet. Her gums are extremely

swollen and blisters all through her mouth and on her lips and under her lips and cheeks. She has had a fever for 4 days but dr just keeps saying "let it run its course" she stopped eating and drinking last night. Its been 24 hours with no eating/drinking and no wet diapers and she hasnt pooped in 48 hours. Im so lost whT to do becUse dr keeps saying its just a viral and to let it go but she is extremely miserable and lethargic and Idk what to do because ive brought her to dr 2x already for this in the last week??
