3 month old scream crying

My baby is abt to turn 4 months on the 26th and this past week he is so irritable! He’s screaming crying to the point he’s covered in sweat and bright red , he hasn’t been taking naps and if he does it’s maybe 10-15 mins (he will sleep throughout the night unless he wants a bottle) he wants to be held all the time and even sometimes holding him isn’t enough. Idk what to do im so tired and I haven’t been able to get any housework done or go grocery shopping im so stressed out 🥲 I really hope this ain’t a phase and that we haven’t “spoiled” him to the point he only wants to be held… also tips on how to make your baby not so attached to you is very welcomed! he’s been home with me since he was born and he doesn’t give me a break like ever! 😭 I love being a mom but i’m drowning today

he takes reflux meds, miralax cause he’s on AR formula, & I gave him tylenol in case he doesn’t feel good.
