My war against BC

I’ve been actively trying to get pregnant with my fiancé since January and nothing is working. I am 39 years old and never wanted kids until I met him, although I did get pregnant when I was 17 and again in my 20’s but due to personal reasons I chose to abort and get on the pill. Here I am now many years later and I discontinued the pill in December and now it seems as though no matter what we try, I am not conceiving. I realize my age is a factor but I’m very healthy and do not feel my age has that large of an impact. I’m convinced it’s the YEARS upon YEARS of being in the pill. I’m taking prenatal vitamins but what else can I do?? I’m desperate as I feel I’m running out of time! Please help!
