Has anyone gotten discharge that look like coffee grounds during their first trimester and still ended having a successful pregnancy? I am almost 12 weeks and I had that a few minutes ago. I’ve had a couple early miscarriages in the past. This is the furthest I’ve gone, and I had an ultrasound yesterday since I did have a bit of brown discharge yesterday, and baby looked ok. Moving nonstop with a great heartbeat. Should I worry about this discharge?
