5w &5d here

So I just got home from urgent care. Last night I was having serve cramps and back pain to the point I could hardly walk. They did blood work & urine which was normal. HCG was 800. The ultrasound was too early to see the baby but they ruled out not being etopic. They did a pelvic exam and saw blood in the back of my uterus so they can’t tell if it’s just implantation bleeding or if I’m showing signs of a early miscarriage. They ordered me to bed rest until Tuesday when I can have another exam and ultrasound done to hopefully be able to see the baby and go from there.

Just wanted to see if anyone has delt with this. TIA ❤️
