Pregnancy

So I’ve had on and off brown discharge from 6 weeks on wards it was on and off I got checked and baby was fine they never found anything so I went on with it then I noticed at 10 weeks yellow discharge my gp doctors didn’t have any appointments until a week after so I thought it be alright till then they same day bright red blood came out at 11 weeks I jumped with panicked and went to my emergency unit in my hospital they did scans baby was perfect and strong heartbeat of 170pm they had a look around no blood to be seen around the baby I got a swab test I still haven’t got my results back I’m now 12 weeks My blood pressure was dropping and I was very sick I hope I just get a reason for the bleeding
