Caffeine of choice while prego?

What's your favorite way to enjoy your 200mg of energy ?! Please share !

I've read studies that say caffeine can cause birth defects so I'm good with staying away. I think the only caffeine I've had so far is the 2 sips of coke my husband has permitted me ( he's read the articles too) and that's it. I occasionally have a decaf coffee or a hot chocolate though.

Didn't drink decaf with my first one, won't have it with my next one. Since we're TTC, I'm slowly cutting it out all together. As of right now, I have 1/2 and 1/2 coffee. At the beginning of November, I'll buy a small thing of 1/2 and 1/2, a small thing of decaf, and I'll mix it all together. After a month or 2 of that, it will be decaf all the way.

I prepare one morning cup with half decaf, have regular (~100mg). That is usually it, but sometimes I have a cup of green tea in the afternoon, or a little bit of dark chocolate. Both have very, very small amounts of caffeine (pretty sure I don't hit ~200 the whole day). I read in one of these apps that chocolate has been associated with LOWER risk of MC!

I gave up on caffeine also, I wasn't alway huge on coffe but did like it sometimes, I loved my energy drinks in the morning-gave those up.  Now some mornings i have a decaf coffee from Timmy's

I gave it up completely. I take B12 for an energy boost, and only drink decaf coffee or decafinated teas. To me it's just not worth the risk at all.
