TTC baby #3

Me & My husband of almost 15 year's are trying for our DAUGHTER we both want a girl so bad 😂😂 Anyways I have high metabolism it's impossible for me to gain weight our first son was born vaginal our second boy was emergency c section and I lost alot of blood had to get a blood transfusion the Dr said I can still get pregnant but we have tried n tried we even went a month without sex n then started back every other day off n on but we need to get on this train and bring our healthy beautiful baby girl in this world 🥰 so any options suggestions whatever we are open with listening ears 😜 Thanks in advance 😊
