Post partum psyatic pain
I’m *almost* six weeks post partum (my appointment is on the 29th) and my stitches have healed up nicely, I feel pretty good! Except my lower back 😭 sometimes it’s so bad I limp around the house, leaning over the bassinet or getting up off the floor after tummy time is enough to make me want to cry sometimes! Im wondering if there’s even an exercise that can help with nerve pain? And looking for light work out routines I can start doing too now that im basically fully healed, with a clingy 6 week old with me! lol
