What kind of rash is this?
It’s on the back of my sons thigh, he’s 2.
I haven’t put anything on it because I don’t know what kind of rash it is so I don’t want to treat it wrong. It is very textured which I think the picture shows pretty well. The area has been a little red the past couple days but I noticed the bumps today. Should I take him to the doctor?
