I Need help!!!

Ok so I am 3days late I took a pregnancy test and they where negative and I took an ovulation tests today and it was positive but I am cramping and watery discharge what should I do can I be pregnant I don't want to get my hopes up I been trying for about 7 months need help lady's .....
