A few drops of warm olive oil in both ears for a few days.

Put a little olive oil on a spoon and warm it with a lighter, test it with your finger so you don't burn yourself, pour it in your ear, put a cotton ball in, Google sinus lymphatic drainage, netti pot to clear out sinuses

Agreed with the netti pot! My ent told me to use that & flonaise & Swimmers ear if I felt something coming on. You can get that anywhere!  But only use it for 2 or 3 days maybe. I had my ear drum rupture this time last year & It was miserable! Netti pot has helped me with the ear infections!  Go to the doc though if you can't see improvents. Olive oil just helps with the pain! Hope ya feel better!
