An acquaintance of mine bakes cakes for fun and to make a lil side money. Her business info is on FB and is tied to her. Well, she got a negative review and went off about it on her personal account and ppl made fun of and talked sh!t about the customer who left the review. Ppl from the business page went to her personal account and noticed how she complained about Juneteenth and being unable to have her baby shower where she wanted, she called it a stupid holiday. Well her customers saw it and sh!t hit the fan. Online fighting broke out, they (her + husband) got called racist on their personal accounts. They didn't handle the backlash well and they started to recieve death threats etc. (This after they made fun of the lady for leaving the review and after ppl saw the Juneteenth comments) During the fighting her husband says this! (He's the red) ... All the poc go off on them, tons of negative reviews on the business page, ppl r calling them racist, and they try to delete the post but ss were taken and they refuse to apologize! They claim a long with their friends/family that they aren't racist. I've known these ppl for yrs.. I went of their business page and left a negative review while all their other friends/family tried to claim they aren't racist and he was just mad. They refuse to apologize.. Would u speak out against someone u have known for yrs or would u have kept quiet and supported them? They claim it was said out of anger and in response to threats. Idc if they were being threatened to me a racist comment is a racist comment, I won't support anyone who thinks or says stuff like that. I'll post my review, I spoke to her in pms and she's blocked me for not supporting them. WWYD if this situation happened to ppl u knew?
