Implant Broken??

I have the bc implant in my arm and I currently have a toddler that is obsessed with laying in my arm recently he felt it and not keeps touching and pinching it which hurts. Then one night he had his head and going to sleep he rolled really hard on it and it was super painful. About a week later I had spotting for 3 days then 3 days I was fine and started having a full period for another 4 days then 6 days I was fine 4 days again of a period 3 days fine then 3 days of spotting again.

That's basically 4 bleeding episodes in less than a month.

So could my implant be broken? Should I see my doctor?

I haven't had my period in over a year which is probably due to my bc.
