i just got my period and i found this in the toilet after i peed. can someone tell me what this is? im sexually active with my boyfriend of two years and scared this might be a miscarriage.. im also on birth control.

It’s just part of the endometrial lining that has come out as a single piece rather than breaking up. Not a miscarriage don’t worry, it’s normal sometimes xx
