COVID or teething ?

So everyone around me has been sick and my 8 month old still has no teeth yet how do you know if is teething symptoms or sick she woke up with a fever today and has been fussy all day yesterday

Typically other signs are there before a fever happens. Drooling, hands in mouth, everything in mouth, fussy, trouble eating/sleeping…

My boys only symptoms of covid were a very high temperature, crying and fussiness at 6 months old. Try keep on top of medication to bring temp down. 
A mild temperature is common with teething but if it’s very high then it’s more likely that baby is ill x

Teething will be lots of biting/wanting to chew on things, drooling, fussiness, and sometimes fever. Sometimes if you get a peek into their mouth you can see something like this:

See that slit? That’s a tooth coming in.
