What was your first pp period like IF you exclusively breastfeed?

I had day 1 with spotting once..with cramps. then no more spotting ir flow, with cramps for 3-4 days after. 
I thought it would have came back properly once it started rolling.
can demanding to nurse more during this time stop it? he had 2 nights of longer nights, but changed right away day of spotting.

Horrific. I got it at 10 months PP and almost went to the ER. I am used to really bad periods, they’ve been awful my whole life but this was…traumatic. Sorry if that scares you…but it was. The pain and cramps and bleeding and (tmi) bowel movements….the only time I left the couch for the first 3 days was to run to the bathroom.

Would also like to know. Got 6 kids but only my youngest been breastfed she’s 8 months, had real bad what I thought was period cramps yesterday but no period so just waiting to see what’s what

I actually don’t have cramps anymore since having two kids. But my flow is HEAVY for three days, and it stretches out to 5-6 days bleeding now instead of a nice quick and painful 4 I had before kids.
