Peak Day plus O Pains?

Hi ladies! Just looking for some insight on my cycle this month or knowledge when it comes to LH surge AND ovulation… I got my peak this morning at 7:43 and in between my peak & the test I just took (the bottom one) I am experiencing ovulation pains. I know my body and I’m definitely ovulating. Would I get my peak literally hours before ovulation? Or can I get a peak lh surge during ovulation? I know people say you won’t ovulate until 12-24 hours until after your peak test but I definitely had ovulation pains today all day.
