Confused 😵‍💫🥴

Hi ladies… So Sunday, I went over to a friend’s house and got in the pool… I got out of the pool and showered, but like 2 hrs later I went to use the bathroom… As I wiped, I noticed light pink(Not red at all) blood on the tissue… before I left to go home, I used the bathroom again, and I was no longer spotting. Earlier that day I was having minor cramps before going to her home… Glow said my ovulation day was yesterday… but here I am again having cramps(like ovulation cramps)… I’m confused on what is going on, because I’ve never gone through this before… My cycle came on, on the 12th and went off on the 16th. Anyone ever experienced this before? If so, what was the reason?
