Spotting 8 weeks

So far I have had spotting twice this pregnancy once at 6 weeks and now once at 8 weeks. First time I was told it could’ve been from sex from earlier that week and now this second time I noticed it was the day after I had non penetrative orgasms. Should I just abstain from sex and orgasms?? I had an ultrasound and both have came back normal. Baby is looking good today with a heart rate of 166. But still having brown tinged discharge. :(

Anyone have similar experiences??
