FOLIC ACID REVIEWS help
Hey lovelies! Soo I’m in very very early stages of pregnancy and during my visit at my OBGYN she gave me an early pregnancy packet & in the packet there was a section talking about “ folic acid “ , how it helps prevent birth defects & most effective in early stages of pregnancy. .. my question is have any of you mommies tried it during pregnancy , what was your experience and do you recommend it . I really look forward to hearing back ! 💕
